Your Villa Springbrunnen in Stumm. Your special overnight stay in a historic villa in the middle of the Zillertal Alps in one of the largest ski areas and close to Lake Achensee, the Caribbean of Austria in the dreamy district of Stumm. This extraordinary villa built in 1896 in the Florentine architectural style is a unique Alpine jewel with a special history and the perfect place for your extraordinary vacation. Lovingly renovated and restored over the decades, we invite you on a special kind of journey through time. Here, modern luxury meets stylish antique furniture, some of which is over 120 years old from the family that built it. Sleep in a four-poster bed, enjoy a hydrosoft/biosauna in the conservatory, play piano or chess in the salon while sipping fine wines from the house, or simply linger in the large park-like garden. A large fire bowl and a barbecue promise unforgettable evenings for two, with family or friends in a cozy atmosphere. You can also expect a kitchen with high-quality luxury kitchen appliances for culinary delights together, 2 exceptional bedrooms with double beds, a large sofa bed for two, as well as 2 modern shower rooms + 2 WCs. We have 125 square meters of living space for 2 - 6 vacation guests. 1 bedroom with four-poster bed and the 2nd bedroom is located in the winter garden with the Hydrosoft/Biosauna. The villa is located outside but still close to the center of Stumm. Restaurants, stores and ski bus stops are just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest ski area is the Hochzillertalbahn Kaltenbach and can be reached by car or ski bus in 3 minutes. You can also leave your car here. There is a charging station for electric cars.

The spacious, very cozy Alpenchalet Lacknerbrunn with mountain views and open fireplace is located in an absolutely secluded location of Mayrhofen and is perfect for a vacation in the Austrian Alps. The 350 m² chalet has 2 living rooms, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 12 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with each 2 toilets) and 3 additional toilets and can accommodate 30 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, central heating and an open fireplace. The child-friendly accommodation provides a crib, changing table and 2 highchairs on request. In your spacious, private outdoor area, you'll find a garden, a furnished, partially covered patio, and a grill where you can prepare delicious meals. Spend wonderful hours here or on your two balconies in front of unique mountain scenery. Within 10 minutes by car you will find several supermarkets, stores and restaurants in the center of Mayrhofen. The two ski lifts "Ahornbahn" and "Penkenbahn" can be reached in only 12 minutes by car (5 km). Only 3 km from the chalet you will find the Stillupstausee and the Gasthaus Wasserfall. Numerous hiking trails start right outside the front door. The Tyrolean capital Innsbruck can be visited after a one hour drive (70 km). 10 parking spaces are available on the property. Max. Guests receive a guest card on site with attractive discounts for mountain railroads and various sights. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. In the shed and behind the house there is the possibility to park bicycles. A pizza service is available on request and for an extra charge. The House is declared as non-smoking.

The cozy chalet "Alpenchalet Bergprinzessin" furnished in typical alpine style with lots of wood welcomes you in the village of Hippach-Schwendberg in the Zillertal. The 220 m² vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and tiled stove, 10 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, central heating, SAT-TV and a ski storage room. In the child-friendly accommodation you can get a crib and a children's high chair on request. In the private outdoor area with garden, covered terrace with chill-out area and 4 balconies, you can spend cozy hours while the kids play on the playground. In your outdoor dining area, enjoy freshly prepared meals from the grill or a delicious breakfast in front of unique mountain scenery in the morning. There is a restaurant just a minute's walk from the chalet, while other dining options, cafes and bars are in Hippach (3.6 km), a 5-minute drive away. After also 5-8 minutes by car you can reach several grocery stores (3.4-4.5 km). There is a ski bus stop on site, which takes you free of charge to the Möselbahn on the Penken in Mayrhofen in about 15 minutes. The lift takes you directly to the Zillertal 3000 ski area (biggest in Europe). In 25 minutes by car you can get to the Hintertux glacier (year-round skiing). The valley, the Ahornbahn and other cable cars are 25-30 minutes away by car. The pedestrian zone of Mayrhofen, where you can also find après-ski bars, is a 10-minute drive (7.6 km) away. In winter there is also a Christmas market. At least 6 parking spots are available on the property. No smoking. Property has stairs. Bike storage is available.
